The greatest happiness in life is to turn your work into a passion. This means making your work a form of art, a hobby, a game, or a sport. No one can compete with a person who enjoys their work as if it were a pastime. This is the state of "Yugi Zanmai" (engrossed in play) from the Analects.

To reach this state in your work, you must first master your own tasks. You must also understand the jobs of those around you to grasp the overall structure and flow. It is not enough to be a specialist; you must be a versatile worker who can handle multiple jobs. You should repeatedly accumulate experiences of completing tasks together with others.

Our ideal is that those who enjoy their work to get promoted, and the person who enjoys one's work the most to become president.

Realeasing quality products into the world is a wonderful contribution to society.
Earning a profit and paying taxes is also a great social contribution.

The New Theory of Happiness.
When you find the "bluebird of happiness," the feeling of joy fades and eventually disappears.
You then set off again in search of the next bluebird. To live a meaningful life, you must have subjective value. By demonstrating your abilities and achieving self-realization, you will one day look back and notice the important things you have built up.
That is true happiness.
